……Could be walking the streets a free woman after the jury still remains deadlock after a seven-week murder trial and so far seven days of deliberations…..this murderer could walk on a mistrial….just goes to show you….if you’re White….murder your three kids….try to kill yourself and fail at that attempt you possibly go free….her defense is to..…blame it on the lack of prescribed drugs for a so-called mental illness condition…..and have her lawyer argue she was suffering from postpartum psychosis at the time or postpartum depression…..and therefore could not distinguish right from wrong….while the prosecution claimed she made a calculated, intentional decision to kill them…..and she knew right from wrong at that moment….and have the courts jury of nine women and three men basically feel sorry for you?…..the jury has several outcomes to choose from….not guilty, guilty by reason of insanity, first-degree murder, second-degree murder and manslaughter….I don’t know what else to call it except White privilege….even though her three kids were murdered by her .….that’s some privileged shit I never saw coming…..a hung jury does not mean prosecutors have proven their case….nor does it mean the defendant is not guilty….the prosecution can then either re-file and restart with a new jury…..or negotiate a plea agreement….or the prosecution can dismiss the charges altogether….either way….she would not go free….she would remain held under the same murder charges in the mental health facility where she is housed now…..while he lawyer and prosecutors mull the next steps in the case….under Massachusetts law…..there is no burden on Clancy to prove her mental illness and that she lacked criminal responsibility….rather it’s on the prosecution to prove beyond reasonable doubt……that she was criminally responsible when she killed her children….but if a 16-year old Black female teenager murders the White person who kept her captive for years, constantly raping her and she finally has a chance to escape…..she’s still sent to prison without one ounce of sympathy from the court.

UPDATE:….The case was declared a mistrial….and shout outs to the one juror who refuses to let postpartum psychosis be the excuse to murder your children one by one by one….and the rest of the jury who wanted to use that excuse…..y’all suck…..11 jurors chose emotional sympathy…..one man stood firm on justice and moral accountability…..when a jury can’t agree that taking three children’s lives warrants a conviction…..our justice system is officially broken…..that one person is a hero….PPP/PPD is not an excuse to murder your kids…..that woman is guilty as hell…..and everyone knows it….even the one juror who wouldn’t play ball….Lindsay did not deny she strangled her children in the basement of their family house in January….but her attorney argued she should not be held responsible because she was suffering from PPP/PPD at the time of the killings….nor her attempted suicide …..a 5-year old….a 3-year old and a 8-month old….murdered by their mother….murders committed when she sent her husband on an errand while she systematically strangled the life out of her children……let the entire class say….. “BULLSHIT!”…..what surprised me was the number of women around the country defending her actions….many women believed her husband forced her to do it…..and he’s framing her…..what?….the fact so many women are standing with Lindsay should make you pause…..women I would assume are wired to protect their children…..so why would so many rally around a mother accused of doing the unthinkable?…..her attorney is saying, due to her lack of the prescribed drugs needed for the medical condition she was dealing with led to her actions….is like me saying….. “My appetite for food is lacking because I ran out of weed”…..and while we’re on the questionable theory of her suffering from PPP/PPD…..explain this to me…..y’all remember Constance Fisher?….no?…..well guess what….Constance also suffered from PPP/PPD….and drowned her three children in a bathtub in 1954…..and she spent time in a mental hospital because of her actions…..when she was released, her husband was right there to support her and stayed by her side…..their marriage continued, things grew better between them, loving and wonderful, so they decided to have three more children…..and guess what?…. “SHE DROWNED THOSE THREE TOO!”…..Timothy Ray Jones Jr. strangled all five of his children to death……during what the defense said was a schizophrenic psychotic episode…..the jury needed just two hours…..and the verdict?…..DEATH!…..Latarsha Sanders, a Black woman was convicted of murdering her two children…..she received two life sentences without parole…..and guess who gave out her sentence?……the exact same judge presiding over Lindsay’s case…..PPP/PPD my butt….Lindsay Clancy needs to be locked up for murder…..even if her husband’s mother sided with Lindsay…..even if there has been no evidence produced (so far) suggesting that her husband was involved in the murders…..or committed them…..rumors are going around saying he was a bad husband and that he was having an affair and he didn’t love Lindsay doesn’t prove anything…..I love the net….everyone is an opinioned expert and have facts on subjects they know nothing about….and then I found this…..

WOMEN JURORS…..In the Lindsay Clancy trial reacted with visible anger as the judge called a mistrial…..thanked the jury for their service and told them they should be proud of the duty they performed……several women on the jury reacted…..while Judge William F. Sullivan declared the mistrial and thanked them for their service…..one of the female jurors was nodding her head in disagreement “Nooooo”……another female was sitting with her eyes squeezed shut, refusing to open them, with her head hanging down…..one other female was sitting with her hands tightened into fists in her lap….the men did not react……a lone male juror (gender doxxed and intimidated by Defense attorney Kevin Reddington)…..refused to fold to the 11 who voted to hold Clancy not guilty for murdering her three young children Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and Callan 8-months old…..these angry women accused the lone juror of not following the law…..while Reddington called him a bigot and accused him of discriminating against Clancy for being in a wheelchair as the reason for his guilty verdict……Reddington then attempted to have him questioned in open court over his decision…..something critics say is clear jury intimidation…..but the lone juror stood strong and wouldn’t fold in his belief that Clancy was guilty…..critics pointed out if this is the way the women were reacting in the courtroom….in front of the judge and the media…..just imagine what the poor guy was going through back in the jury room…..then, to have the female foreperson accuse him of refusing to follow the law…..because he didn’t cave to their pressure adds insult to injury……Defense attorney Reddington later said the 11 other jurors looked defeated….and had been “robbed” by one man …..this is the same attorney who was admonished during the trial by Judge Sullivan….for trying to intimidate the female prosecutor….staring her down during arguments rather than addressing the jury…..this is also the same attorney who insulted the judge, saying his question to each juror ……and instructions to follow the law was “soft”……earlier this morning the jury sent another note…….“It is with a heavy heart that we report we are unable to come to a unanimous decision, and we will not be able to.”…….Judge Sullivan said he had no choice but to declare a mistrial……however, he granted Reddington one hour to file an emergency petition on the basis that the juror was a bigot…..but it was denied….status hearing is set for Sept. 29……Clancy remains at a hospital and not in a jail cell (where I think she should be)……Sullivan said he prefers a new trial “sooner rather than later,” possibly this fall…..what does this say about a society when 11 people (9 women and two men) wanted to free a child killer……and the one man who stood strong was abused, bullied, doxxed, intimidated and accused of not following the law and being a bigot?…..I’m sorry, but when you murder someone or some ones…..mental health is no longer a viable excuse anymore…..when society spends decades arguing innocent children can be killed before birth…..we shouldn’t be surprised when society….begins finding ways to excuse the killing of innocent children….after they’re born…..two hours after Lindsay Clancy’s trial was over a Illinois mother named Carrie Walsh who was obsessed with the trial…killed her two year old son Barrett because she thought he was the Devil and the Antichrist….after texting friends and discussing Lindsay’s trial because she was obsessed with the case…..a neighbor found her trying to do harm to herself and found Carrie’s son hung by his mother in the basement….will this be the new trend?…..another woman hanging her son….after the trial was over?…..and couples and marriages are ending because so many women are siding with Lindsay….pre-planned weddings are being canceled because of disagreements of opinions about the case…..one man called off his wedding because he said he feared for the safety of his future children and I’m not having it when his fiancée said she supports Lindsay Clancy….and if she’s set free…..there might be an increase in women killing their children…..and claiming psychosis afterwards….just like Carrie…..here are a few incidents that have happened since the Lindsay case so far…..in 2026….the last murder happened in August of this year….Kristen Bass shot and killed her 1-year old daughter…..Carmen DeGregg murdered her 17-month old daughter…..Priyatharsini Natarajan killed her sons, ages 5 & 7……Selina Mui attacked her son with a knife and tried to suffocate him…..Diana Cullom suffocated her 4-year old son….Jalynda Smith killed her 6-year old son and put his body in a trash bag…..Marisol Flores killed  her newborn after birth….Andrea Faust killed her 3-year old son and tried to kill her 2-year old son….April Oliva stabbed her 6-year old more than 20 times…..Aliyah Henderson killed her daughters ages 8 and 10 and stuffed their bodies in a suitcase…..Tyiece Oninski stabbed her 14-year old daughter to death…..Janette Macausland strangled her 6 and 7 year old children….Kaitlynn Dominick injected a deadly mixture into her 17 month-old son’s feeding tube….and he died…..Chardonnay Benavidez tried to kill her 3 sons with carbon monoxide…..Kailey Erhart stabbed her three children….2 died, one survived….I wonder what the women who are standing in solidarity with Lindsay have to say about these cases…..let face it….if the gender roles were reversed in this particular case…..and a husband came home from a war and was dealing with PTSD and killed those kids the same exact way Lindsay did….her supporters wearing pink in solidarity for her…..they would be screaming for his head on a platter…..and when jurors in the case show up wearing pink in support of her…..it’s time for a new jury……it is not ok to kill your child or your children…..no matter what drug you’re on…..a woman on the net had a question for all of her supporters….. “Just a quick question for all the ladies supporting and defending Lindsay out there….would you feel comfortable having Lindsay babysit your children?….you don’t have to answer….just think about it”…..here’s the thing…..she said she did it…..the prosecution said she did it…..her defense team said she did it….her husband said she did it…..and did I mention…. “SHE SAID SHE DID IT?…..PPD or PPP is not an excuse for murder…..and her followers have raised so far one to two million dollars in support of her….and over 300 women showed up to the courthouse in support of her……in support for a baby killer…..saying they felt the same way as Lindsay…..if you do…. “YOU” need to check yourself into a mental institution and if you have children…..they need to be taken away from you and Child Services, CPF or DCFS need to do a wellness check on those women and get those kids out of that environment.……just imagine what they might be doing to their children in private….if postpartum mental illness becomes a “get out of jail free card”….for murdering your children…..then by logic, anyone diagnosed with it…..should lose custody of their children…..in a world that refuses to protect the most innocent…..one juror did his job….he was in a room for days fighting for those children to be heard…..he stood with the children…..they need to start a GoFundMe for this person…..and he should sue the hell out of Lindsay’s attorney for putting his life in possible danger for outing him to the public…..everyone one is speaking Lindsay’s name…..no one is talking about Cora….Dawson or Callan….no one is saying their names…..no one is speaking about the children…..me personally, I don’t have one ounce of sympathy for that woman and all her supports should locked up in the same nuthouse as she…..in my closing argument I would like to point out something very important….once someone admits they committed a crime…..shouldn’t the trial end right there?….. “Yes, I killed them”…..case closed right?
