…..Had bruises all over his body…..body parts went missing during his first autopsy….where are they?….a clean-up of the audio tape call clearly heard someone asking….. “Is he dead?”…..the grand jury saying Nolan purchased alcohol with a fake ID…..the GPS and security footage makes up for the amount of people that were on the boat…..all his Snapchats…..all the videos somehow vanished….he had not one video posted from the 4th of July…..but his phone made it to shore and he didn’t…..and all those people who were on the boat with him….know nothing about what happened to him?…..but were willing to give interviews about that day’s events….and yet…..a grand jury found no foul play involved in his death?….how do you find evidence he drowned and couldn’t determine a cause of death?…..he had bruises on the back of his head, butt and shoulders…..were his missing lungs filled with water?…..his stomach?….what did parts of his missing neck not tell you?…..that makes no sense at all…..both medical examiners concluded “THEY” didn’t know how Nolan died…..Dr. Mitchell clearly stated in his report…. “The cause and manner of death is undetermined and the investigation should remain open and active until we get to the truth”…..he said, “Nolan suffered a blunt force injury”…..no water was found in his air ways, lungs or stomach…..his body wasn’t bloated….meaning he wasn’t in the water that long when they found him….blunt force trauma was found to the back of his head….and he was badly decomposed after two days….but a Klan jury decided he drowned?…..come on now….talk about a spit in the face…..sure, yeah, I’ll believe that…..when hell freezes over…..here’s something White families in the future need to know after Nolan’s death….many Black families what y’all to know this….if their child goes out with your kids….and everyone returns home…..except their child….everybody dies….yeah, that may sound harsh to some…..but now days with the racial injustice Blacks have to still deal with…..believe that!…..you won’t have to worry about a grand jury, or your child possibly facing a prison sentence….there won’t be anyone left alive to face a jury….or send to prison…..your genetic line will probably cease to exist…..they want Black people to riot so bad…..they want that civil war so bad….not one criminal charges against his White friends….listen to the phone call again and ask yourself…. “No criminal charges….how is that possible?”…..just Mississippi continuing to be…..historically Mississippi, when it comes to murdering Black people and Black people receiving no justice…..a judge permanently dismissed all criminal charges against a White father and son….who shot at a FedEx driver making deliveries….and where did this happen?…..in Mississippi…..this state does not have a history of helping Black people find justice against White people…..just imagine if Nolan was a White kid and he hung out that day with three Black kids….and didn’t make it home to his family…..what do you think might’ve happened?…..even racist White people know what would’ve happened….you cannot convince me that there would have been no arrests made…..you cannot convince me that those kids wouldn’t face criminal charges…..you cannot convince me that justice wouldn’t be served…..yes, everything is about race in America…..Emmett Till once again in 2026…..it’s amazing…..not one Lindsay Clancy supporter showed support….for Nolan’s mother….y’all have more empathy for a woman who murdered her three kids…..than for a woman who is trying to find out…..who murdered her son.

MORE THAN 1 MILLION….Pieces of data…..hundreds of private messages…..Snapchat activity after Nolan Wells’ death…..and a phone timeline that could help reveal what happened on Horn Island….what’s happening now is…..digital forensics expert Andrew Garrett of Garrett Discovery joined attorney Ben Crump’s legal team for a press conference……detailing what his examination of Nolan’s phone uncovered…..including communications that continued after Nolan died…..data users (his friends) may have believed was gone…..yet Garrett says neither he nor anyone from his team was called to testify before the grand jury….now, Nolan’s phone may be raising even more questions about exactly what happened…..and who knew what.
MARK JULIÓN…..Said this…. “Racism got an update…..racism got a software update….we all saw what happened to Nolan Wells in Mississippi…..and our grandparents saw what happened to Ennett Till in Mississippi…..they’ve updated and modernized how racism looks in America…..it’s not the same application that it once was…..they don’t need to have White-only signs anymore…..they don’t need to wear the sheets…..they traded in the sheets for the seats, a judges seat, a lawmaker seat, a sheriff seat, a prosecutor seat, a school board seat….a seat with enough power to draw a district line…..approve a loan, where resources go, decide who gets prosecuted, decide what gets ignored, decide what gets investigated…..and the biggest seat right now is sitting in the White House….they don’t need to be all out in the front and in the public…..they know that it’s foul play with Nolan wells, just like they knew it was foul play with Sandra Bland or with Breonna Taylor…..as long as they have a straight shot to a position of power…..they can determine the outcome and what justice looks like…..Emmet Till, a 14-year-old Black boy from Chicago went missing…..his body was found three days later…..they charged two White men with his murder…..they go to jail and then an all-White jury acquits them and they walk away free…..afterwards, they admitted to killing him…..they laughed, celebrated and said publicly….. “Yeah, we did it….yeah, we killed him”….now fast-forward 71-years…..same state…..Mississippi….Nolan Wells, another young Black teen boy, goes out and doesn’t come back…..he’s hanging out with his White friends…..everybody comes back except for him….you ask them, “Where is he at?”…..they answer, “I don’t know where he’s at, I didn’t see him, I don’t know nothing”….two days later, they find his body….and his death is classified as undetermined…..and now a grand jury decided that there isn’t sufficient evidence to charge anybody…..and there’s trauma on his head…..and they didn’t say anything about it….nothing about it…..but let little Becky or Adam come up missing after hanging out with a group of Black teens…..they would’ve put handcuffs on those Black wrists so quick….history doesn’t always have to repeat itself exactly…..sometimes it learns, sometimes it adapts…..sometimes it changes the language or it changes the rules….or changes the uniform….they don’t need the sheets anymore…..they need the seats…..racism is still alive in America…..it just updated!”….and…..
