NY APPEALS COURT DUMPS TRUMP’S $500 MILLION FRAUND FINE BUT UPHOLD JUDGEMENT…..They threw out the millions of dollars civil fraud suit against him….but declined to toss the case entirely….the judges decided the financial penalty against his business will not stand….with the judges saying it amounts to an unconstitutional excessive fine…..this ruling enables the case to move toward New York’s top court…..this decision they say was deeply split….with two judges finding the findings at the trail level were justified….another two wanted a new trial….while the fifth judge wanted to dismiss the case outright…..I don’t know what he and his backers have on his followers….but one thing is for sure….he really is getting away with….murder….regardless of all the laws he and his family have broken….our legal system is telling us….it’s ok if he does it.

MEXICO’S $7.5 BILLION GAMBLE TO DISRUPT THE PANAMA CANAL….And what a great “Shove this up there Donald” plan it is…..Mexico has inaugurated the….Interoceanic Corridor of the Isthmus of Tehuantepec (CIIT)…..in early 2025…..this is going to be a new route linking the ports of Salina Cruz….on the Pacific…..and Coatzacoalcos…..on the Gulf of Mexico…..and this railway-based corridor offers and alternative to the Panama Canal….it’s plan is designed to move cargo and passengers between the Atlantic and Pacific oceans……this will be a high-speed railway passage….stretching approximately 300 km.….the 7.5 is an investment from the Mexican government….to establish itself as a key player in the global trade…..not a bad way to obtain a strategic geopolitical position…..you wouldn’t have to pay the high whatever you need to pay to America….just to sail through the Panama Canal……if I were China or Japan….that high-speed train contract would be my #1 priority……both countries should build a railing system…..has anyone seen their bullet trains lately?…..the amount of cargo moved in one day…..think about it……and all the other nations around the globe….you should give Madame President a call an invest in this project…..like right now…..Latin America and more South American countries are jumping in on this plan…..and you won’t have to worry about those American tariff’s anymore……and the Gringo up north is not going to be happy about this project.
