BEAUTIFUL FILM…..TENET…..I think I might have understood the story….and I would place a bet saying I didn’t….what I did notice was…..the camerawork was on point…..colors, angles, set design….even Robert Pattinson surprised me with his acting…..John David Washington and Kenneth Branagh didn’t….no question you will receive a great performance from those two.
SAD DISASTER FILM…..GREENLAND…..This one got to me.
BEST SOUNDTRACK:….Goes to a film not worth watching called….THE PHOTOGRAPH…if you can find a 12-year-old who can separate the music from the film….listen to that instead…..or you can probably find it on that Spotiy-flea…fly…fo -fum…whatever it’s called app.

SHOULD BE OSCAR FILMS….. Da 5 Bloods…..Spike knows how to tell a story….I hope no films are nominated with someone driving someone in a car….ONE NIGHT IN MIAMI….that film is every photographer’s lighting dream….and it’s an Oscar film.
AND NOW…..MA RAINEY’S BLACK BOTTOM…..I honestly didn’t think it was an Oscar film, and I know many might disagree with me…..but…..Viola Davis….it doesn’t matter what this woman does in a film…..let her chill in a big sweatshirt……Nike flip-flops on, sipping on something from southern France….and just Uber over an Oscar…..Chadwick Boseman….everyone is saying he deserves an Oscar…..there’s no question the man was talented….he and many other have left us too soon….and if you’re going to award him with an Oscar for his performance in Ma….then it damn well better be for the scene……when he described what happened to his mother….because “THAT ALONE!”….was an Oscar performance…..and if some of you think he should get it….just because he passed away…..I swear….I will amass a herd of vegetarian hyena’s….and sic them on you….people said the same thing about Heath Ledger…..he slammed that role in Batman which ever one it was…..and he deserved it…..and if Mr. Boseman is selected for one…..for what he showed us in Ma…….he deserves one!

BEST SERIOUSLY DUDE? FILM……My favorite one for the category of….. “Seriously dude?” goes to….UNCLE PECKERHEAD…..a fabulous story about a punk band on their first tour and they hire a man-eating demon…..as their roadie…..anyway, my vote for……

2020 TELEVISION….and….
THAT FINE-ASS MF ON BRIDGERTON…..Where in the hell did “HE” come from?….we watch a lot of shows, but how did Rege-Jean Page slipped through the cracks…..never heard of him…..we watched Sylvie’s Love and he’s in that one…….the last person to make women look at him and say…. “HELLO!”….was Michael B. Jordan….and Michael’s still doing it….but this guy……damn!…..anyway….
BRIDGERTON…..Was my favorite…..the costumes…..sets…..acting….script…..a whole lot of “rabbit” going on too….and a lot of black folks in a period film/show….acting out a period in time…..one they weren’t included in…at least, not like that……and some people are pissed because the Queen was black?…..really?…..King George was out of his goddamn mind….you really think he would’ve freakin’ noticed?….do your homework….George hooked up with a sister….and the reigning Queen…right now…..in England…..admitted she had some…. “Negro” in her….and another reason I love Harry….it’s a great show….if you’ve already watched it…..remember in the last episode….when she tells him how much she loves him….and wants to raise a family and grow old together?…..I looked at Nicole and said;….. “If this fool doesn’t realize how much “THIS” woman loves him….he’s a fucking idiot.”….Nicole said;….. “Yep!”…..now, my other favorite one was…..
THE QUEENS GAMBIT…..Let’s say….I know how to move the pieces around….as for playing chess….nah,….I knew it was a serious game back in the day….when the Russians were kicking everyone’s asses….spend a day in Washington Square Park in NYC…..but the reason I liked this show…..and it definitely is worth the watch…..was….because of her….Anya Taylor-Joy….she’s incredible.
YOU COULD TELL THE MAJOR NETWORKS….were blowing the dust off of productions they said “nah,” to awhile back….and throwing them out there for us to watch…since no one was really shooting new episodes due to the virus…..and I tried a few….The Flight Attendant, Big Sky, A Teacher and a few other ones and said…. “nah”….a lot of them were just dumb…..so, I watched the ones that did finished their new seasons.….The Mandalorian…..Baby Yoda is still so cute….yeah, I know his name isn’t Baby Yoda….but he’s Baby Yoda ok?…..The Crown….still one of my favorites…..and The Expanse…..The Undoing….was good and easy to figure out who did it…..Star Trek: Discovery…..somebody told me this was good awhile back….so I started watching it….I was into the third season and didn’t even realize it….The Boys is still stupid….fun stupid….The Umbrella Academy…..love it…a few more favorites are returning in January…..Blue Bloods….This Is Us, etc…..thank goodness….and then there was….
WTF DID I JUST WATCH?…..This goes to Raised by Wolves….Now I saw the religion thing….the Christ on a cross image….war and poverty to bring the masses under your control….via religion……the creation theory….now,…..were they supposed to be Adam and Eve?….if he was supposed to be Adam..…I’m surprised no one was pissed off and why you weren’t flooded with hate mail…..anyway,……in one episode….did she have incredible sex with her creator?….and if she did…that was one hell of an orgasm….and what was up with the snake?
