CLIMATE CHANGE…..Personally….I think the gathering in Paris to talk about climate change….was a chance for politicians to meet for lunch.….and for those nations who say they will do something….in 20 something in the future to end carbon emissions and stop using fossil fuels….are full of it.….why not begin in 2016?….people are protesting and letting you know….the world over…..our friend Dawn who lives in Los Angeles said it was colder on Christmas day in LA.….than it was in Hamburg, Germany…..Russia had the warmest Christmas in 130 years….it snowed on the Pyramids in Egypt….and the last time that happened….was 100 years ago…..Mother Nature is burping 8+ earthquakes….which are changing the earth’s rotation…and setting back time…and Fracking?…..I still don’t know what the frack fracking is!….but Cynthia still thinks it’s a bad idea and Oklahoma is catching up with Peru and Chile when it comes to earthquakes…..tornados in Texas and Mississippi…..England is having major flooding….ski lodges are closed due to the lack of snow….but according to the ones in charge….nothing is wrong!
POLITICS…..England wants to ban Trump from entering the country?….fine with me…President Erdogan of Turkey…..I don’t think you can even spell Human Right’s…..and for you to say Hitler’s Germany was an example of an effective presidential system?….you’re ill….Benjamin Netanjahu of Israel you seriously need to sit down and talk to your cousins….Prokopis Pavlopoulos of Greece you caught hell this year with the refugees…..Italy’s entire government is still a joke….Spain is going through separatism crap….Brazil’s government is a joke….Venezuela hasn’t a clue….Mugabe has been in office since Zimbabwe gained independence….and Zuma has got to go in South Africa…..refugee hating in Hungary, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Denmark, Sweden, Australia, Russia and Germany….no one back home has a clue on who to vote for next year….because one is an all-out racist….most are too old for office….and the rest are complete dumbasses!
GUN CONTROL….It amazes me that people are more pissed off over second-hand cigarette smoke….than trying to find a solution to better gun control….how many people died last year by guns?.….a lot!
SPORTS…..What a joke!….the best thing the National Football League did last year was…. install the pylon camera….otherwise cheating still occurred….and domestic violence was only paid attention to according to the value of the player involved….the Refs sucked!…..and
FIFA…..finally your corrupt butts were caught…..and it took a country to bust you….which is just learning the sport of football…Basketball….they always show….Chicago, Cleveland and a few other teams I don’t like….Hockey…as if….and if the Yankee’s ain’t playing….I ain’t watching…..but I can tell you about bass fishing.
3-D PRINTERS….. Now I will admit I don’t know much about them…..because I’m going on 60….and still techno-stupid…..BUT….I can still read and see….as for prosthetic creations….I’m all for it….should there be some type of control over the machine….people would start screaming non-availability…..BUT….if you can create a plastic gun which can get through check-in at airports….or print out plans for a bomb and a bomb…..it’s something to think about.
SOCIAL MEDIA…..I’m convinced lots of people do not understand the concept…..why are you showing pictures of food…..and we’re not invited to enjoy it with you…..why are pictures of people beating each other up so popular?….I don’t want to see that shit…..and why do people post photos of a dog with ham on his face?…..I’m happy to see my friends children graduating with honors from schools…..and knowing I can watch a childhood friend’s son play football for Ohio State….smile when I see a photo of an old school mate.….even though we haven’t seen each other in years…..it doesn’t mean that I haven’t thought about them.….social media I think is about getting back in touch….and I’m sorry..…I don’t need to see a picture of you sick in the hospital….because the memory I had before that…was nicer….and SELFIE’S…..if you posted a picture of yourself at 10 in the morning.….what makes you think you changed so much when you post the next one.….10 minutes later?…..I agree with Prince Harry…..I hate selfie’s…..Nicole has to damn near threaten to beat me to take one!
THE ARTS…..If you don’t know Hollyweird is racist…..you need to escape the dimension you’re stuck in…..as far as the music industry goes…..if you’re listening to the radio or buying the latest CD’s on the market…..you need to escape the dimension you’re stuck in…..the only real talent when it comes to music…..you can find on You Tube…..and why is the industry not tapping that market?…..probably because they don’t see them as marketable..…after listening to Aretha Franklin sing “Natural Woman” at the Kennedy Center Honors..…do you really think there’s a singer on the market who can top that?…..some of the best movies I saw last year were…..Creed…..sort of like the first Rocky……and it was good to see Stallone in his old character again.….Mister & Pete…..Can A Song Save Your Life……A Most Violent Year.….Ex-Machina…..that film was real scary..…and Mad Max Fury Road…..this film was just sick….Trumbo…..Sicario…..Concussion…..which the N.F.L. will ignore…..Spotlight….The Big Short.
BILL COSBY……The more I follow his story.….the more I’m thinking there was another plan behind it…..all of a sudden lots of women come out with rape charges…..and then some changed their minds…..or a few have been proven to be false…..it’s a shame so many people had opinions about what were considered allegations…..and after just 13 minutes in court.….his bail was set at 1 million…..but Charlie Sheen has infected “HOW MANY PEOPLE?”…..and he’s walking the streets…..out of all the 14 states which reported homicides…..all the people killed were black.….and all the cops responsible…..are still on the streets…..and as for Bill Cosby…..when you intend to buy NBC…..and make programs of other ethnic groups possible to be aired on the station he owns…..yes, that could be an incentive to set someone up.….the other side of the tracks just got real…..2,000 kids fight in a shopping mall…..no one arrested…..Pumpkinfest….. trash a town…..and the cops stood around as if they were protecting a parade…..championships celebrated…..major damage done…..and no arrest.….protest the shooting of an unarmed child, woman or man…..the law is geared up as if they were going to Iraq…..and dragging people to jail!….and a few are dying in those jails…..and the protect and serve killers are walking…..as a country…..we took two steps forward…..and 400 years backwards.
