The NSA is involved in industrial espionage….he is no longer in possession of any NSA documents because he passed them all on to a few selected journalist….the revelation of the United States surveillance programs has damaged Washington’s relations with key allies, including Germany following reports that the USA has monitored communications of European citizens and Germany allows them to do it because the NSA and Germany are in it together…. “These people” and government officials would love to put a bullet in my head (assassination), or poison me when I’m shopping (Russian diplomat/spy in England who was stabbed in the leg with a poison pellet) and to watch me die in a shower (German politician found dead in a bath tub in Switzerland) ….he is wanted on treason charges for disclosing details of vast operations that monitored millions of phone calls and emails across the world….the NSA is still trying to guess how much material he took….first it was said to be over 200,000, then 600,000 and now there are over 1.7 million documents….in a question and answer session on the “Free Snowden website” Snowden ruled out returning to the U.S. where he said there would be no chance of him having a fair trial….people are calling him the greatest traitor in American history…..Snowden’s revelations have caused an uproar in the U.S. because of the violations of privacy rights…..the NSA also angered many allies whose leaders were targeted by their operations.
