AFGHANISTAN….I can say this….that was one major….20-year cluster-F….and America should’ve paid attention when the Russians tried that invasion idea….in case you might’ve forgotten…..we were the ones who gave the Taliban…..stinger missiles to help shoot down Russian helicopters and planes….and that move helped change the game plan in favor for the Taliban….20 years later….and many unnecessary lives lost….we’re doing exactly what the Russians did….leaving with our tails between our legs….and saying screw you….to the Afghan people…..and the Taliban were smart….all they did was wait it all out….for 20-years….and once we started to leave….they came in and took over in a matter of weeks….some of you may hate Biden but I agree with him….why should we continue to waste American lives….when the Afghan people and army are not willing to fight for themselves….the question that really should be asked is….why in the hell were we there in the first place?….even the President of the country left in a helicopter with $169 million in cash…..and is now in the United Arab Emirates….…and of course he’s denying he left the country with that amount of money….doesn’t matter whether he did our not…..he left!…and he left the ones he’d sworn to take care of with no leader….his reason…. “I didn’t want to be executed”……that’s a serious chicken-shit move…..so now I’ll assume big business…is worried about who will reap the benefits of the so-called $1 trillion worth of minerals the world so desperately needs….iron, copper, gold and of course….lithium….a scarce component needed for recharging batteries….I can wait to watch the global panic….when your cellphone battery dies and you can’t get another one….or people start killing one another….because their phone can’t log onto….Facebook…..but don’t worry….China, Pakistan and India might want to engage in trade dialogue with them….a lot of countries are trying to get their people out of there….people who worked for foreign countries are worried about their future….and that future remains uncertain….even though the Taliban are making promises that….nothing will change and all will remain the same….yeah, right…..and don’t even get me started on what will happen to women….one Taliban fighter was surprised to see no women roaming the streets….really?….many countries said from afar…. “Afghan women and girls, as all Afghan people deserve to live in safety, security and dignity. Any form of discrimination and abuse should be prevented. We in the international community stand ready to assist them with humanitarian aid and support to ensure that their voices can be heard.”…..do you really think they give a crap?…..one leader already said…. “Sharia Law will be…..the law”…..many women haven’t had enough time to buy a burqa….to comply with Taliban rules….rules stating that women should be covered up….and accompanied by a male relative when they leave their house…..635 terrified people ran aboard a C-17 plane….that should let you know how much faith Afghan citizens have in the Taliban….people were clinging onto planes taking off….and I’m sure you’ve seen the videos….showing people falling to their deaths….because they couldn’t hold onto the plane anymore….for someone to be willing to ride….outside of a plane taking off….in order to flee an uncertain future….that alone….should give you a hint as to what they think the new Afghanistan will become….pilots were shocked, stunned and crying….when they landed their plane….and saw body parts still clinging to them….the Taliban are killing people already….a fighters asked a woman to cook for them….she told them she didn’t have enough food….so she was beaten….and a grenade was tossed in a room and her family was killed…..another woman was shot and killed for refusing to wear a burqa……on the same day the Taliban vowed to honor women’s rights….one man had an American Green Card….and they wouldn’t let him enter the airport….so he could board a flight out….that country was screwed before we invaded it…..yes, that’s exactly what we did….and it’ll still be screwed once we’ve left it.
