CHERNOBYL…..Remember that joint?…..those of you who don’t…..put your phone down and read a book…..anyway, this is what happened….Valery Legasov…..was a man who attempted to do…..what Spike Lee would say, “Do The Right Thing”…..took his own life at the age of 51 in 1988….because he told the truth…..and the GOV shut him down…..check this out….Chernobyl melted in mid1986…..I moved over to Europe in May 1987…..and people were telling me to not eat certain foods and things…..definitely don’t drink the milk…. “WHY?”…..it spoiled!…..only a few people will get that…..anyway,…..Valery did what I and probably a lot of you would’ve done…..he recorded what happened on tape….and his memoirs were circulated throughout the Soviet science community……and Val’s suicide made it hard for the public to ignore what he was saying….and finally the Kremlin said ok, we fucked-up and we’re fixing the rest of the reactors we built so that we could save a few bucks….. and the scientist who spoke out against the official accounts of the so-called events were either arrested or thrown in prison…..the three guys who were found at fault for the meltdown did 10 years each in the joint…..and one of them got his old job back…..running a nuclear power plant….now ain’t that a trip?…..anyway,……400 miners worked around the clock to help prevent a total meltdown…..it’s reported that 100 of them died by the age of forty…..600,000 people were conscripted to serve in the Exclusion Zone……even though there were proven facts that people died of radiation sickness….the Soviet GOV did not bother to keep a record of how many people didn’t make it back home….in the contaminated region of Ukraine and Belarus (Exclusion Zone)….the radiation cover over 2,600 square kilometers…..what’s that in miles?….a lot!…..more than 300,000 people had to relocate, even though they were told it’s a temporary thang…..it is still forbidden for them to return home…..Mikhail Gorbachev had to deal with this mess….I actually liked him…..he was willing to work for a better world….I liked Boris also….dude liked to party!…..anyway,…..Mikhail said; “The nuclear meltdown at Chernobyl….was perhaps the true cause of the collapse of the Soviet Union”…..in 2017 they finally found a way to contain the radiation….at the cost of over 2 billion bucks and the dome was designed to last only 100 years…..you see folks….now there’s something you don’t have to  worry about…..because if it doesn’t work….you’re not here to worry about it…..and the humor in it all is,…..we may never know the exact amount of lives lost….cancer, birth defects, etc,….but you have to give it to the old USSR…..since 1987, their total deaths number is….31!….an actor said the story was flawed because it didn’t include people of color in the cast….I thought it was flawed because most of the actors were British….and I found it hard to believe that the production could not find any Russian actors to cast….and by the way, there was one black Russian soldier helping to solve the meltdown problem…..his name is Igor Anatolyevich Khiryak….now, one rainy day, a I have nothing to do day, I don’t give a ….day…..I found all this info out on HBO….so watch Chernobyl….it’s only 5-hours out of your life but it’s gonna wake you up!…..those of you who think this could never happen in the U.S……do the words Three Mile Island ring a bell?

COLIN KAEPERNICK THANKS ERIC REID, SLAMS JAY-Z PARTNERSHIP WITH NFL….I’m sorry but I’m with Kap on this one….for me,…..that’s a business move….a partnership dealing with social awareness and Kaepernick isn’t part of it?…..seriously Jay-Z?…..there wouldn’t be this partnership you want to be part of….if it weren’t for him….man, you don’t need the NFL to point out social injustice in America….the man was blackballed for pointing out what you want to attempt to correct….so when will the NFL announce that your company Roc Nation….will be in charge of choosing the performers for the leagues events….especially the Super Bowl…I can’t wait to hear what the financial arrangements amounted to…..and in the meantime….you’ll find time to help the NFL’s social-justice initiatives by developing content and space where players can speak about the issues that concern them….and then what?….you and the Negro Foot…..sorry, National Football League are going to unleash the players around the country so they can solve our social injustice issues?…..man, you’re talking to the wrong people….you need to take your ass to D.C…..before, you spoke out in support of Kap’s actions….and now you stab him in the back…..you gave the NFL one of things they wanted….guilt-free access to black, audiences, culture, entertainers and influencers…..and the next thing you’ll give them is….a fading away of Kaepernick’s memory……and that’s cold dog…..and Jay-Z…..one more question….how can the NFL be taken seriously as a social-injustice champion when it blackballed a player who stood up for equality and when there’s an offer on the table for you to become a “part owner” of an NFL team?…..naw man, we are not way past kneeling.
