……Man, lynching was one of the most brutal tools used to implement racial terror in America….and American white supremacy….turned it into entertainment…..let’s have a “Picnic”…..if you don’t know the true meaning of that word…..and when you do….I’m sure you won’t say you’re going on one ever again…..between the late 19^th and well into the 20^th century…..thousands of Black men, women and children were lynched…..with the active participation of complicit local authorities…..the violence was public…..deliberate….grotesque and the most disturbing aspect….was the tendency of White spectators….to collect body parts of the lynched victims…..as souvenirs…..yeah,….let that sink in for a minute…..and we’re the ones they call “savages”…..Jim Crow America is a period in U.S. history through the mid-20^th century…..during which racial segregation and discriminatory laws were enforced…..mainly in the southern states…..Black Americans were subjected to institutional racism…..which included separate facilities for Black and White people….schools, transportation, public spaces…..and…..water fountains……this era was marked by violence…..and the suppression of civil rights for Blacks…..and continued until the Civil Rights Movement in the 1960’s……these acts were advertised in advance…..and White families would bring their kids….to witness the torture and murder of Black people…..y’all seen the photos….the B/W one of a Black man dangling from a tree…..and the guy in the hat with a mustache…..smiling into the camera?…..they dubbed these acts as….racial “justice” or “vengeance”…..of and for what???……you had Black people tied down to the point where they couldn’t do shit…..a lawyer could “object” the heck out of that argument…..as long as it wasn’t argued in a southern courtroom……in 1916…..Jesse Washington from Waco, Texas…..drew more than 15,000 people to watch him get murdered….1889…..George Meadows was lynched after being accused of….guess what?…..yep, assaulting a White woman…..so Emmett Till isn’t it?…..and these act were common place….like watching a weekend football game…..and once the body had been destroyed beyond recognition….. burned…..mutilated…..castrated….and basically beat…..more to death…..those who were amused by such an act….would rush the stage to collect the victim’s remains….fingers, toes, ears…..and the genitals…..then taken home to be used as charms….displayed as morbid relics….and even sold…..it was a way White’s reinforced their domination over Blacks…..these souvenirs were physical manifestations of the mob’s control….kinda signaling…. “your body is our property even after death”….definitely a way of letting people know…..that stepping out of the boundaries of White supremacy…..would result in unspeakable death……the desecration of the bodies created a legacy of terror and humiliation…….entire communities lived in fear of the next act of mob violence…..knowing they had little recourse against such brutality……and let us not forget the photos taken were sold as postcards…..and these clandestine operations…..are still happening….still.….you know what’s so funny…..Black people are still called….. “The bad ones you need to worry about them.”……after all the carnage leashed upon the world over the course of history…..by one particular race of people…..you have to worry about “US?”……that’s funny…..look at your own history America…..before you look at your genetically linked illegal immigrant settlers….start with Constantine……and work your way…..around the world…..and I’m the bad guy you used to entertain yourself with huh ……right!

OLDER ADULTS TAKE A LOT MORE MEDICATION…..That’s true…..I know people who are taking anywhere between 7 to 15 pills a day…..and most of the time…..all you need to do is change your diet intake……eat healthier……eat different……pay attention to your body more….and “MOVE”…..how can 15 different pills…..have a medical conference inside your body…..and collectively agree on what’s best for your body?……that’s at least….15 different opinions…..change your diet…..change period…… “MOVE MORE!”

VEHICLE PLOWS INTO CROWDED CHRISTMAS MARKET IN GERMANY, KILLING 2 AND INJURING DOZENS……If you watch the video……this person plowed into the crowd…..2 gone and 60 hurt…..this happened in Magdeburg…..a city I did a show in…..a city where the promoter told us….. “Do not leave the venue…..it is not safe for you”…..and the suspected drive is a doctor……from Saudi Arabia…..man oh man…..the AfD (Alternative für Deutschland) are going to have a field day running the Ausländer/immigrant thing…..and it might just work during the upcoming elections…..in February…..since their blame it on the others…..is so Trump-ish…..and people here are pissed off about a lot of stuff…..but immigrants aren’t on the top of the list…..many of them are doing the jobs……most Germans don’t want to do…..this happened in Berlin a few years ago…..most Weihnachtsmarkts have cement barriers to deter such attacks…..why is it weird things happen right before the old year ends…..and weird things start off the new year?   

WEED MOMENT…..I kid you not…..I saw this….so, had to pick up some croissants….so I smoked a doobie during my walk….and I think I was listening to….So What?…..Pearl Jam or de Bussy….can’t remember….get the croissants after dealing with humans who just don’t think….Saturday afternoon crowded supermarket….old ladies with shopping carts…..get out of the way……anyway, I walked through the farmer’s market…..it’s on the way back to the crib….and while I walking….my brain had a thought…..and it asked me….. “Is that woman’s butt square?”…..this was the first time in my life…..I saw a woman with a square butt…..a “cube”……flat ironing board square….and then a few blocks away….I watched an older man dig in his pockets for his keys….while his wife stood there with a big happy smile or her face….enjoying looking at the neighbor’s dog take a shit.
