Barnette?….of course you didn’t…..you live in Texas….anyway,….this landmark decision in 1943 clearly states that the Free Speech Clause of the First Amendment protects students from being forced to salute or say the “Pledge” in public schools…..and this is where it gets stupid.….he also said; “The US Supreme Court has repeatedly held that parents have a fundamental interest in guiding the education and upbringing of their children, which is a critical aspect of liberty guaranteed by the Constitution.”…..I’ll assume this AG only reads local newspapers…..because somewhere in there…..I think that statements…..last five words won the kids case…..and just to piss off the AG…..I hope she enters the courtroom wearing Nike gear…..but hey, it is Texas…..where learning about Hillary Clinton and Helen Keller isn’t important.….but remembering the Alamo…..and remembering Moses was one of our countries founding fathers is.

MOSQUITOES ARE EATING PLASTIC….WHY THE PROBLEM?…..Hey, no problem for me……as long as they don’t chew on my skinny butt……according to a paper published by The Royal Society Journal Biology Letters……it says they found out when mosquito larva eat microplastic……the plastic can remain in their bodies well into adulthood……and that plastic could then be transferred to whatever ate the bug……including birds…….the scientists “don’t blame me if this isn’t true” clause is..…. “our study was a proof of concept in the laboratory” ..….the dangers of microplastic is..….it’s commonly found in waterways worldwide..….even artic ice is choked with a record amount of the pollutant..….in an effort to reduce microplastics……some countries have banned microbeads found in toothpastes, face scrubs and creams and shower gels.
